In order to plan directions and routes and to be able to show our location, Google Maps API has been integrated on this page to visually display geographical information. Furthermore, we would like to document the worldwide distribution of our high-quality products and where you can test our products, for example as part of your holiday. For this we use maps from Google. Google Maps is an offer from Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (“Google”). When using Google Maps, Google also collects, processes and uses data about the use of the Maps features by visitors to the Websites. The use of Google Maps is in the interest of an attractive presentation of our online offers and an easy findability of the places we have indicated on the website and the places where you can find our products. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

Using ajax / googleapis / jquery

This library is an offer from Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (“Google”). When you visit our site, your browser transmits your IP address to Google. Please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy at https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/ for more information about Google’s collection and use of the data and your rights and ways to protect your privacy. The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our “interest” i.S.d. Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) is the operation of this website.

Website Analysis / Tracking:

Use of Matomo
We use the web analysis tool Matomo on our website. With Matomo we can create statistics about the visitors of our website to improve our services constantly. In the following we explain to you which data we collect and store with Matomo, how Matomo works and how you can contradict a data collection by Matomo.

Data collection and processing Matomo
Matomo collects the following data:

  • The search engine you use
  • The search terms you used
  • The language setting of your browser
  • The country from which you accessed our website
  • Type and version of your browser
  • The URL of the website from which you came to us
  • Your length of stay on our website
  • your IP address

This data is stored in a database by Matomo on our server. However, Matomo anonymizes your IP address before it is saved. For this we use the plugin “AnonymizeIp”. By using the plugin “AnonymizeIp” the last two blocks (octets) of your IP address are deleted. An assignment of the anonymized IP address to your person is then no longer possible. We cannot intervene in the anonymization process and therefore do not learn your complete IP address. With an IP address shortened in this way, we can only recognize the country and approximate region (e.g. state, city) from which you are visiting our website.

Tracking cookie
When you visit our website Matomo places a cookie in your browser. This cookie contains a combination of letters and numbers (“hash value”) which enables Matomo to recognize you the next time you visit our website. Matomo calculates the hash value from your IP address, your operating system, your browser as well as the plugins installed in the browser and your screen resolution. We have no influence on this internal process and cannot access your IP address in particular. It is also not possible for us to recalculate your IP address or other information from the hash value. The cookie is set via the domain “gharieni.de” and has the following name: pkid.12.345 (number is individual)
The cookie has a duration of just under 6 months and not only enables the recognition of users who have already been to the website, but also enables the non-personal analysis of behaviour on the website. For example, it is possible to recognize from which page users came to this website and which “click path” they then took. Furthermore, it is possible to see which documents were downloaded, for example. In addition, Matomo also sets a so-called session cookie: pkses.12345 (number is individual). The cookie is automatically deleted after the end of each session. As mentioned above, a personal reference cannot be established via these cookies.

Your right of objection
You can object to the collection, storage and processing of your data by Matomo at any time. Please deactivate the following check box. This click will cause Matomo to place an opt-out cookie in your browser, delete the tracking cookie and data about your visit to our website will no longer be collected and stored by us. Please note the following technical note: If you occasionally or regularly delete the cookies stored in your browser, the opt-out cookie will also be deleted. You would have to activate the check box again when you visit our website again, so that an opt-out cookie is stored in your browser again.
The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO. Our “legitimate interest” within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) is based on the necessity to constantly monitor in the competitive environment which contents work, which regions request our products and which tendencies we can read from the page accesses in order to be able to move optimally in the competitive environment.

Cookies: In some areas of our website, we use cookies, in order to track and recognize the preferences of visitors and to be able to design and update the website accordingly. Cookies are small files that are stored on the hard disk of a visitor. They allow to keep information for a certain period of time and to identify the visitor’s computer. For better user guidance and individual performance, we use permanent cookies. We also use so-called session cookies, which are automatically deleted when you close your browser. You can set your browser to inform you about the placement of cookies. So the use of cookies becomes transparent for you. Important: If you completely exclude the use of cookies, you may not be able to use individual features of our website.

We use the following categories of cookies on our website:

  • Essential cookies
  • Performance cookies

Essential Cookies: These cookies are necessary for you to be able to navigate the website and use its features, such as accessing password-protected areas. Without these cookies, we will not be able to provide you with certain services as requested by you. We use essential cookies to uniquely identify registered users so that they will be recognized during their stay and when they visit the site again.

Performance cookies: These cookies collect information about how visitors use a website, for example, which pages they visit most frequently and whether they receive error messages from websites. These cookies do not collect data that can be used to identify visitors. All information collected through these cookies is anonymous and is intended solely to improve the functionality and service of the website. We therefore use performance cookies to compile statistics on how our website is used and to see how effective our advertising campaigns are.
